WARRANTY
TRUCK CAMPER & ROOFTOP TENT LIFETIME WARRANTY
For the lifetime of any Unplug Outdoor Co. branded product, Unplug Outdoor Co. will repair or replace, at our option, any parts that fail due to a manufacturer defect at no cost to the customer. Warranty is only valid for the original owner, however secondhand owners are still covered under our limited lifetime warranty which is outlined below. This does not include labor or installation. Shipping for warranty parts is covered by Unplug Outdoor Co. for the first year from the purchase date.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
This warranty covers all Desert Armor branded rooftop tents and any open box, demo or used Unplug Outdoor Co. rooftop tents. For two years from the origional purchase date, Unplug Outdoor Co. will repair or replace, at our option, any parts that fail due to a manufacturer defect. Shipping costs, labor, or installation are not included. Thereafter, any warranty replacement parts will be available at manufacturer cost plus shipping for as long as the product is owned.
SECONDHAND OWNERS
Secondhand owners are also covered by our limited lifetime warranty. The next owner will be able to purchase any warranty replacement parts from us at cost plus shipping for as long as they own it, regardless of the original owners purchase date.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS WARRANTY
Unplug Outdoor Co. warrants their branded product to the end-user, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the provided date of purchase for the original purchaser of the product. This warranty does not cover abuse, operation in a manner inconsistent with the product’s design, damage resulting from exposure to the elements or aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the product. If the defect is considered “under warranty”, Unplug Outdoor Co. will, at its option, repair or replace the damaged part(s) free of charge to the person who purchased the product. Shipping for warranty parts is covered by Unplug Outdoor Co. for the first year from the purchase date.

• Mounting Hardware
• Damage caused by a customer (misuse, accident, extreme off-road conditions, failure to properly maintain, UV & weather damage, mold etc.).
• Cosmetic blemishes / Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation.
AUTHORIZED DEALER WARRANTY PROCESS
While the warranty does cover products sold through authorized dealers, customers who purchased their Unplug Outdoor Co. products from a dealer must submit any warranty requests through the dealer they purchased from.
