Rates

Shipping rates for all products including freight items can be easily calculated at checkout by inputting your zip code or City/State. All in stock products ship within 1-2 business days!

If you require an address change after you have received a shipment confirmation email you will be responsible for any reconsignment fees and/or holding fees that your freight incurs with an en route address change.

Truck Campers & Rooftop Tents

The freight provider will contact the customer at the phone number they provide to setup a hub pickup or delivery appointment. For residential delivery, you must be present to inspect & sign for the package.

When you receive your camper or RTT shipment

Make sure to inspect your package for any damage before accepting it. If there is any possible damage that occurred in transit reach out to us HERE immediately before accepting the shipment. If you accept the package or for any reason and there is damage or an issue you will be liable for shipping and packaging costs to send back for replacement. If the item is removed from the original shipping pallet, opened or installed, the item is considered used and NO returns will be accepted.

Pick Up

Pickup is only available for rooftop tents and truck campers. The pickup address is: 34707 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85086. All pickups require an appointment and must be pre-paid.

International Orders

At this time we do not ship truck campers or rooftop tents internationally, only small products. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout. All international orders must have a phone number. We have no control over value-added taxes or duty charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. All international sales are final. We accept NO returns on international orders.
