To return your item, please fill out the Return Request Form below.

Any refunds processed will be refunded to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. Unplug Outdoor Co. is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please use the provided return label that includes tracking for all returns. If we do not receive the products, or they arrive damaged from when they left your possession, your return may be refused.


Truck Campers:

In stock truck camper orders may be canceled before the unit has shipped for a full refund, minus a 4% non-refundable transaction fee. Custom/pre-ordered truck campers are subject to a 15% cancellation fee in addition to the 4% non-refundable transaction fee. More details on the non-refundable transaction fee can be read below.

Rooftop Tents:

You may cancel your RTT order at any time before it has shipped and get a full refund, minus a 4% non-refundable transaction fee. 

Due to the complexity and cost of transporting an item the size of a Truck Camper and Rooftop Tent, no returns or refunds will be granted after your unit has been shipped or picked up. If there is any possible damage that occurred in transit, please see our Shipping FAQ section HERE and reach out to us immediately HERE before accepting the shipment.

As avid users of our own products, we firmly stand by the quality of our products and all Unplug Outdoor Co.’s Campers and RTT’s come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.


You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping and receive a refund, (minus a 4% non-refundable transaction fee / exclusions apply to special ordered items).

  • If your item has been shipped, we accept returns of new, unused items in their intact, original packaging for up to 30 days after your order processing date. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation of any product that has a stated production lead time will be a 10% cancellation fee.

Some items, including (but not limited to) truck campers, rooftop tents, custom items, special ordered items are not eligible for a return.


Fees that cover the costs associated with processing transactions, include a 4% processing fee that is non-refundable for all cancellations and returns for customers who check out via the Square payment processor (credit/debit), PayPal, Affirm and Klarna. The payment processor keeps this money and we don’t see a penny of it.

Please note that submitting this form DOES NOT indicate that your order will be cancelled or your return request is accepted. Depending on how far along the fulfillment process your order is in, cancellation or returns may not be possible and/or a cancellation or restocking fee may apply based on our policies outlined above. All cancellations and returns are subject to a non-refundable transaction fee of 4% that the payment processor keeps.
